This year, Miss Swanson ran a brand new ukulele club for our up and coming musicians over a 6 week period after school. The children were given the opportunity to learn all about a ukulele as well as many chords which they could use to play some songs.
At the end of the 6 weeks, the children gave a rousing performance in Assembly of two pieces- 'The Lion Sleeps Tonight' and 'Surfing USA'. Well done to the children who performed, you were absolute super stars! Thankyou to Miss Swanson for her hard work training the children after school.
